Is Your CNC Plasma Cutting System Protected by a Warranty?

Industrial settings and metal fabrication shops tend to be harsh environments in which machinery must be durable to withstand not only frequent use but the nature of the environment. At EZCut CNC, we have decades of experience and know just how durable CNC plasma cutting systems need to be. But, we also know that it is important that we stand behind our products. Because of that, we provide all of our clients with a warranty on their CNC plasma cutting system investment. Many other manufacturers try to cut corners on materials and once you have purchased their product that is the end of your relationship with the manufacturer. That is never the case with EZCut CNC.

We believe that our products will stand the test of time and provide you with the best possible cutting experience but we also know that sometimes things happen which is why our systems come with a warranty. Our limited warranty on parts and labor protects the purchaser by stating that our products are free of defects in workmanship or material for a specified period of time. Should you ever notify us during the specified period of time that you have found a defect in the workmanship or material and you have stored, installed, operated and maintained it according to our specifications and instructions, we will repair or replace it (see full EZ Cut CNC warranty information for complete details and rules regarding warranty qualifications).

The limited warranty period states that the cost of replacement parts is covered by the limited warranty on cutting systems for one year from the shipment date from the Seller’s factory. Further, the cost of replacement parts by the limited warranty for th drie system is covered by warranty for three years from the shipment date from the Seller’s factory and includes drive system parts such as: drive motors, reduction drive gear, pinion gears on the x, xx, y, and z-axis, the gear rack on the x, xx, y, and z-axis, the V-groove bearings on the x, xx, y, and z-axis, and the drive belts on the x, xx, and y-axis. We believe that our clients will be fully satisfied with our CNC plasma cutting systems but we want them to always have full confidence that we will be there for them if they need us to provide technical support and our warranty support for their CNC plasma system investment.
