CNC Plasma Cutters
CNC plasma cutters are machines that utilize CNC technology combined with a table and a plasma cutter to cut metal, aluminum and other materials quickly and precisely. Utilizing coordinates supplied by the computer, a plasma cutter positions itself over the table and cuts shapes defined by the parameters supplied by the computer. This is typically setup using a DXF Cut file of some sort.
The computer is interfaced with the table using ethernet, usb or serial connection.
