CNC
CNC is an abbreviation of Computer(ized) Numerical(ly) Control(led), a manufacturing technique that integrates computers and metal working tools. Using CNC, an operator can create complex designs on a computer in a language called G-code. The computer then reads the code and translates it to a cnc plasma cutting machine, which then recreates the design onto the cutting surface. The advantages of CNC manufacturing are greater precision, and better consistency.
